Delivery

TERMS OF DELIVERY 

 

[1]. Hillview Fresh Flowers Carrara offer delivery 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday or Public Holidays.

[2]. We have a delivery cut-off time of 12:00pm for same day delivery. If your order is received after this time, your order will be delivered on our next available delivery day; unless a future date has been indicated.  

[3]. We deliver to Gold Coast metro area's, from Coomera - Palm Beach. Below is a comprehensive list including every suburb we deliver to. 

[4]. At checkout, you will be required to enter the following details:

-Shipping Address (Delivery location for flowers)

-Phone Number (Senders Phone Number)

-Billing Address (Senders Address)

[5]. The following MUST be included in the delivery details, located in your cart:

-Delivery Date

-Msg for card (please limit to 25 words or less)

-Special Instructions/Forwarding details incase of non-delivery (example; Gate Code is 123# / ok to leave at front door if not home)

[6]. NON-DELIVERY -

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will follow your forwarding details. If there are no forwarding details, we will bring them back to our store. You have the option to pay for another delivery at a discounted rate of $10.00 or you can arrange collection in store, located at Shop 16 Coco's Shopping Centre, 1 Manchester Rd, Carrara Qld 4211. 

[7]. Please consider that although we do deliver to Gold Coast Hospitals, some specialist & ICU units are unable to receive flowers. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the flowers can be accepted, you can do this by asking the hospital directly. Please refer to above term [6] for what happens in the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt. 

[8]. If no date has been indicated, delivery will be made the same day or day after. This depends on whether the order was made before or after 12:00pm. Please refer to term [2] for clarification. 

[9]. Please consider "Forwarding Details" to save yourself from having to collect your order in store or pay for another delivery. These can include ensuring the person is at the delivery address and able to receive your order. It can also include instructions to leave at the front door if no one is home. Consider any security gates our delivery driver will be required to enter, if they cannot gain access we cannot deliver your order. Please refer to term [6] above for non-delivery in the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt. 

[10]. Payment of your order is accepting these terms.
